To use the Avotché app, you must create an account with your phone number and name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Avotché app stores all customer data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or process your customers' measurement data on our servers. You are responsible for securing your device and the data stored within the app.
As a stylist using the Avotché app, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before collecting and storing their measurement data and images.
The Avotché app, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without explicit permission.
Any content you upload to the app, including customer images and measurement data, remains your property. However, you grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
You agree not to use the Avotché app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or any server, computer, or database connected to the app.
The Avotché app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify you through the app or by other means.
